The complex is located on the outskirts of the city of Santo Tirso and includes three structures. The main building consists of a garage with concrete facades connected by a walkway and a brick part with offices, classrooms and living quarters.
From the side of the courtyard, there is a lawn and a small parade ground paved with tiles. The outer area of the lobby is marked with glazing.
The complex also includes a brick building with workshops, a warehouse and other utility rooms and a concrete fire tower.
