The BRAER group of companies took part in the international general construction exhibition MosBuild 2013, which was held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds from 2 to 5 April. Over the four days of the exhibition, our stand was visited by more than 1000 people!
An innovative porous stone was presented at the exhibition - BRAER MaxiThermo! The development of this block was based on the classic ideas of large-format hollow ceramics. However, they were seriously improved and developed taking into account modern scientific and technological achievements, subordinated to the climatic conditions of our country.
MaxiThermo has a huge safety margin (will last for at least 150 years), low thermal conductivity, effective sound insulation and economy. The use of this block allows you to completely abandon the wall insulation. First, it will be possible to save on purchases of building materials, then to shorten the construction time, and, finally, to seriously optimize the costs of heating and major repairs during all subsequent years of house operation. The largest structure made of ceramic products was built from this block, which attracted the attention of all participants in the event.
The priority of the BRAER company is not only the production of bricks, but also the introduction of a new style of architecture into the life of every person! Another innovation was the announcement of a mobile application on the iOS platform for the Apple iPad, which is scheduled for release in summer 2013. In addition to the functionality that is presented on the company's website, the program has a number of additional functions. For example, based on a certain structure, you can see how houses will look like using BRAER ceramic products. This will allow you to choose a more suitable option for the external design of the building, taking into account the color of the brick. Also, geolocation will allow you to find the nearest dealership. The catalog of projects based on BRAER bricks will also be included there.
Also, within the framework of the MosBuild 2013 exhibition, the results were summed up and the winners of the architectural competition "Brick Facade of a Modern Building" were announced. One of the conditions for the creation of the works was the use of BRAER front products. More than 100 works were admitted to participate, in which a wide variety of styles were used.
