After the presentation of the company at the Faculty of Automation and Advanced Technologies of the K (P) FU branch, at the request of the students, an excursion was organized on the territory of the enterprise.
In order to attract young specialists with a higher technical education to the enterprise, on April 11, an excursion was organized for 3-4 year students of the K (P) FU branch, studying in the specialty "Machines and technology of metal forming by pressure"; "Technology of mechanical engineering". The company representatives told them about the history of TATPROF, production facilities, technological process, social and personnel policy.
The heads of the shops (Aleksey Strakhov, Sergey Kharitonov, Evgeniy Khadasevich), the foreman of the shop №1 Renat Zainullin, the head of the planning bureau of AS TATPROF Elena Anikina and acting director The head of the personnel management department Lamaeva Marina Valerievna explained in detail what awaits students if, after graduation, they choose to work at TATPROF: features of work at the enterprise, what requirements are imposed on the work of an employee (process engineer) at TATPROF, what salary they can expect, career prospects. Lamaeva Marina Valerievna invited the students to undergo practical training and internship at the enterprise and in the future to find their place in the TATPROF company. The students became interested and bombarded the representatives of the company with questions, demonstrated their desire to be employed in the company.
The next day, April 12, a presentation of the company and an excursion were held for students of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of ISTU, studying in the specialty "Machines and technology of metal forming and welding production." For our guests, the excursion began at the entrance to the city, the guide showed the sights of the city and told interesting facts and legends associated with them. Upon arrival at the TATPROF production base, a representative of the company represented by the head of the pressing shop No. 2 Yevgeny Mikhailovich Khadasevich made a presentation of the company, where he spoke about the history of the company, the values and advantages of the company, the technological process of extrusion, production facilities, manufactured products and facilities built using construction system TATPROF.
Further, the conversation with the students continued at the production site, where they saw with their own eyes the entire technological process, which was described by the heads of the shops Khadasevich Evgeny, Kharitonov Sergey, Strakhov Alexey. The head of the planning bureau, Elena Anikina, demonstrated the assembled IDEALINE painting line and spoke about its features and differences from a functioning painting line, about a mechanized (automated) finished product warehouse. At the end of the excursion, the representatives of the company thanked the students and teachers of ISTU for the visit. The students were grateful for the attention shown and the organization of the excursion, and expressed a desire for further cooperation with the company.
