The complex with a total area of more than 120 thousand m2 is located in the western part of central Manhattan and occupies a little more than half of a block. 27 residential floors are complemented by a developed public and commercial part: the first levels of the building are occupied by a Mercedes Benz showroom, a fitness club, as well as all kinds of shops and parking lots.

The complex got its name from the nearby park, and it was this neighborhood that largely determined its architectural and planning solution. In an effort to smooth the transition from high-rise buildings to a square, the architects proposed a composition in the form of two volumes of different heights, which are located parallel to the park and are diagonally connected by a third building, interpreted as a kind of staircase from a low building to a high one. Its "steps" are landscaped terraces of apartments, the shape of which changes from floor to floor, following the logic of the S-shaped curvature of the central building.

This shape not only gives the building a winning silhouette that makes it visible in the panoramas of Manhattan, but also provides optimal insolation for all apartments located here. In addition, the complex has two courtyards - the southern one, which is almost always illuminated by the sun and therefore used as a solarium with a swimming pool, and the northern one, which, due to its shading, is intended for more active leisure activities: sports.

The Clinton Park complex reacts to its surroundings not only with its form, but also with its "dress". For cladding the facade facing the park, the architects used perforated metal panels, related to their closest neighbors - other buildings, vis-a-vis the green space, while the facades of the higher buildings are made of glass panels, helping the new building to organically integrate into the family of famous Manhattan skyscrapers.
