Nomination "Design Without Borders"
1st place
Mamakhaeva Nadezhda. Cassettes "Grid"
The project of the Shopping Center with cassettes "Grid".
Nadezhda writes the following about her project:
“To emphasize the architecture of the building, to make it more interesting and memorable, a combination of glazing and metal volumetric cassettes with a graphical grid pattern was used on the facades of the shopping center. The main idea of the architectural solution of the shopping center is the unity of its external appearance. Facade cassettes and glazing are made in the same graphic style, and form a single appearance of the building. For facing the extended canopy over the main entrances, perforated cassettes were used in places, which add variety to the facade solution."
2nd place
Gusev Artemy and Baishev Walan. Cassettes "Unda"
Fitness center project with cassettes "Unda"
Artemy and Walan have developed aluminum cassettes, on the surface of which, through various treatments, a combination of matte and glossy surfaces is created, forming a wavy pattern. And the combination of cassettes creates a unique pattern on the façade.
3rd place
Alexey Khandozhko. Cassettes "Tetraed"
Shopping center project with cassettes "Tetrahedron"
Cassettes "Tetrahedron" are a module consisting of perforated triangles of different shapes, which together form a single, volumetric, broken element of the facade. This solution, invented by the competitor, is perfect for an object in a modern architectural style.
Nomination "Interior IDEA"
1st place
Sakhartseva Nina. Paul Klee panels
Interior solutions with perforated panels "Paul Klee"
The main concept of the winner is a stylized transfer of fragments of paintings onto metal panels. Citing Paul Klee's canvases on metal, Nina developed an excellent interior solution and thus perfectly coped with the task of the competition.
Nina herself writes the following about her work:
“This work was inspired by the work of the outstanding German avant-garde artist Paul Klee. Features of the work of the artist Paul Klee: being a member of major artistic movements, Paul Klee always remains a unique artist, whose artistic quest cannot be included in the framework of one direction. Experiments with various techniques, the invention of his own pointillism (paintings consisting of multi-colored squares), the dream of growing a picture like a plant, the desire to convey maximum movement with a minimum of visual means … Klee practically did not paint absolutely abstract paintings. His artistic search is a look at something tangible and definite from within and from all sides at once, a search for an exhaustive essence."
GRADAS congratulates the winners and thanks all participants.
