The building was created by KUD (Kavellaris Urban Design) together with the artist Samantha Everton. Her work "Masquerade" from the "Vintage Dolls" series is applied on the main facade: girls are depicted in a typical home interior, recognizable for Melbourne residents, at the same time, the theatricality of this work seems to the authors of the project suitable for a public space. The two-dimensional image is continued in three-dimensional space: in the form of a relief imitating the wallpaper pattern on concrete walls, a huge "floor lamp", etc.
The theme of art continues inside the building: its central "transit" space, connecting all zones, simultaneously serves as an exhibition hall with works of contemporary art. In addition to him, the building has offices, storage facilities and apartments.
