- Zhukov Dmitry Andreevich (chief architect of JSC "Institute of Urban Development")
- Nozdracheva Polina Vladimirovna (head of the architectural laboratory of Polina Nozdracheva)

Another two well-known architects voted in absentia and gave marks on a scale from 1 to 5: Andreev Pavel Yurievich - head of the Mosproekt-2 workshop, workshop No. 14; Velichkin Dmitry Valentinovich - chief architect of the architectural and artistic workshops of architects Velichkin and Golovanov.

In the course of the meeting, by calculating the average mark, the best competitive works were determined, among which the jury members identified the winners of the "Porcelain stoneware in architecture" competition - applicants for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places with cash prizes, as well as for a trip to Italy with a group of architects, designers and organizers of the competition.
The winners of the competition among the prize-winners, determined by the jury, will be selected and announced by Estima Ceramica at the award ceremony, which will take place on November 27, 2013 at 4 pm on the main stage as part of the business program of the IV festival of innovative technologies in architecture and construction "Green Project".
