Prize
The Urban Awards in 2013 were presented for the fifth time. The award takes into account the entire development process - construction, economic sustainability, marketing and management, as well as architectural appearance. The laureates of the Prize are the best objects in their category that meet the modern requirements for the construction of residential real estate.
The project “Olympic Village Novogorsk. Apartments "received an award in the nomination" The best business-class residential complex under construction in the Moscow region "and in the nomination" The best suburb ".
The residential complex "Olympic Village Novogorsk. Apartments" according to the project of the workshop of Vladimir Bindeman is being built on the picturesque high bank of the Skhodnya River in Khimki near Moscow. This project continues the already implemented settlement "Sports and Residential Complex" Olympic Village Novogorsk ": they implement a similar business idea - housing is adjacent to a developed sports and cultural complex, which will provide the younger generation with the possibility of comprehensive development within walking distance from home. One of the largest sports and public complexes in the region with the International Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics by Irina Viner has already been completed in the village, and the new complex will include a developed social and cultural center and a sports school of martial arts "Sambo-70". The only fundamental difference is the class of housing: if in the "Olympic Village" cottages and townhouses prevail, then the quarter "Olympic Village Novogorsk. Apartments "consists entirely of apartment buildings.
The architectural solution of both complexes is modern: the plastic of the facades is formed by protruding and "sinking" volumes, large loggias of the upper floors and covered terraces. The "visiting cards" of the projects, of course, are their sports buildings - the spectacular horizontal of the center of rhythmic gymnastics, covered with an undulating roof, and the dynamic volume of the martial arts school, in the guise of which the strong men who entered the duel are metaphorically represented. The center of public life in the two new districts will be a comfortable embankment of the Skhodnya River, free of cars and intended only for the recreation of residents.
The construction of the complex is carried out according to modern energy-efficient technologies, in particular, large-format porous Porotherm blocks of the Russian plant of the Wienerberger concern were used for the construction of the walls. For multi-storey buildings, Porotherm 44 or Porotherm 25 are used together with KBB-f NF clinker cladding bricks, which Wienerberger imports from Germany. The heat storage capacity of Porotherm masonry creates an even and natural indoor climate in both warm and cold seasons. In summer, ceramic block walls prevent overheating, and in winter, rapid cooling. High thermal resistance and heat capacity, the ability to transmit steam, good sound insulation properties - these are just some of the characteristics of Porotherm, thanks to which the most comfortable living conditions are provided in buildings.
“This facility, like almost all the complexes we have built, uses 2.1NF Porotherm Wienerberger,” says architect Vladimir Bindeman, head of the Architecturium workshop. - The speed increases at least 1.5 times. The solution consumption is reduced. Porotherm also outperforms simple double slotted stone in terms of energy efficiency. In addition to the 2.1NF stone, the Porotherm 25 block is used at the facility, it is even more efficient, but on the other hand, 2.1NF is more versatile and allows you to lay out more variable walls and, due to this, carry out more complex architectural projects."
