The Qbricks quality standard, controlled by the Association of Independent Sellers of Building Ceramics, has appeared in Russia. Products marked with this sign are specially selected and manufactured at the best factories in Russia and Europe, and the quality of bricks is controlled at all stages of production and logistics. Another, but already English, company whose products have successfully passed the Qbricks certification is IBSTOCK, which has been creating bricks of excellent quality since 1899. And finally, the third manufacturer is the German company Hagemeister.
Recall that the Qbricks certificate confirms the high quality of bricks. For example, the brand for frost resistance of facing bricks, which is one of its most significant characteristics, must not be lower than F200 - this means that facing bricks saturated with water in saturated ones withstand without any visible signs damage or destruction of at least two hundred cycles of alternating freezing and thawing. Another aspect that Qbricks certification concerns is the thermal conductivity of bricks (the lower it is, the higher the thermal insulation properties of the material) - according to it, the thermal conductivity coefficient should not exceed 0.11 W / (m ° C) with a strength of at least 75 kgf / cm2 (M75). Packing should be of great importance, since the form in which the material will be delivered to the construction site depends on it - the Qbricks experts agree with this: this certificate guarantees the quality of the brick packing.
