The new sports complex is located on the outskirts of Antibes, in the Trois Moulins Technopark. In shape, the building is a light gray volume, reminiscent of a clam shell or smooth stone. The architects gave the building a dynamic with the help of narrow long windows and rhythmically arranged horizontal stripes of outdoor lighting, and therefore compare it with a rapidly spinning ball.

The complex is faced with perforated metal plates that give the facade a lightness. The main entrance is highlighted by a cut of the main form, a far protruding visor and a large glazing plane.

All the main premises of the sports complex fit on two floors with a total area of 12 120 m2. There is a multifunctional sports hall with stands for 5000 spectators (the main purpose is a basketball arena), a hall with trampolines and a room for martial arts classes. The project provides for several entrances and exits, which allow independent events to be held simultaneously in all three halls, and athletes can enter and leave the Azur Arena separately from the public.
