On Sharikopodshipnikovskaya Street in Moscow, the construction of the Peresvet-Plaza business center is nearing completion, the project of which belongs to the authorship of the world famous architect Zaha Hadid. We have already talked about the long and difficult history of the development of this project on the pages of Archi.ru: the project was created about ten years ago, but only in the spring of 2008 was its implementation started. The main developer was the Dominion M company. And at the beginning of 2014, the company "Architecture of Prosperity" joined the construction of this unique building, which won a tender for the production of architectural decor.
Since 2006 the company "Architecture of Prosperity" has been actively working in the market for the production of decorative facades and interiors, stucco decoration and sculpture, as well as small architectural forms. During its existence, the company has managed to establish itself as a reliable partner offering a wide range of services: it has not only its own production, but also its own architectural bureau.
The company's participation in the construction of the business center consisted in the manufacture and installation of more than 2,000 m2 of architectural decor made of fiber-reinforced concrete. This includes facing radius and ordinary fences, making risers, solving staircases and facing bionic trusses. This unusual task marked the transition to a new stage of development for the company. Prior to that, the employees of "Architecture of Wellbeing" specialized mainly in traditional, classical buildings and landscape solutions, and for the first time they encountered a complex image project created by a world-famous architect - a Pritzker Prize winner.
The Peresvet-Plaza complex has a dynamic silhouette, formed by numerous consoles with a significant offset. The total area of the complex is 21,955 m2. Multilayer facades, according to the project, are finished with Chameleon aluminum panels, which change color depending on the lighting and the angle of view. In the interior, the main dominant feature is the spacious atrium, which allows you to take in the entire structure of the building.
The chief architect of the Bureau "Architecture of Prosperity" Aleksey Kobrin spoke about the difficult task he and his colleagues had solved of finishing a form with numerous displacements of tiers and bends, which is generally characteristic of Hadid's architecture: the joke was called "a pregnant boomerang. Its profile silhouette really looks like a boomerang, and in the middle part it has a very expressive swelling. In its complexity, this element, located in the business center under the roof of the atrium, is comparable to an airplane slipway. And that's all. other trusses, as well as transitional parts of the basement level, will not be inferior to it in their complexity, given the number of bends and refractions of some planes into others."
In the process of implementing such a complex design scheme, special precision was required. Each of its elements is inextricably linked with all the others, so an error of only 1 cm could become fatal. For the specialists of the "Architecture of Well-being" company, the paramount task was the perfect, impeccable fit of the details and profile elements.
The seven-story office building designed by Hadid is an interconnected structure. Each floor is a complex system of external and internal fences with numerous height differences and conjugations of circles, which turn into straight lines, and then regain smooth outlines.
According to Christos Passas, project director at Zaha Hadid Architects, the main idea behind the Peresvet Plaza business center project is its diversity. The building allows you to feel the community of people working in it, offers a new look at office architecture and is in dialogue with the environment. It was not easy to implement such an ambitious architectural concept in our country, and not everything turned out the way it was originally intended. However, the company's specialists
“Architecture of Wellbeing”, who have gained invaluable experience in working with a unique architectural object, vouch for their part of the project.
