The 75 m high building will be located on the central boulevard of the new district, next to the Asymptote tower and the park. The central boulevard will end with the building of a branch of the State Hermitage.
The Neutelings Riedijk construction will consist of five residential towers arranged in a row: their glass and steel facades resemble the facets of a diamond. As conceived by the architects, the towers will be placed on a 3-storey basement, which will house shops, restaurants, a spa, etc. The base / plinth space will be organized around a courtyard with a spectacular glass ceiling. The total area of the building will be 39,000 m2.
The customer of the project, as well as the reconstruction of ZIL as a whole, was LSR Group. The project will be implemented by Neutelings Riedijk in cooperation with Project Meganom, which has developed a master plan for the entire territory of the former plant.
