Dmytro Aranchii Architects was tasked with placing 50 departments of the client company in a single space of 3,000 sq. m, only the reception with a waiting area is located below. At the same time, it was important to preserve all internal connections between departments and ensure close cooperation between employees. The office space was rather dark, but had a considerable height: as much as 5.5 m. These features determined the architectural solution.

Skylights and the active use of glass partitions help fill the office with light. The internal organization of the space is quite whimsical. All departments and zones (in many architects provided a mezzanine floor) are strung on a special communication corridor, which also includes a variety of places for communication and informal work. They are equipped with almost everything you can think of: a projector, a screen and steps-seats that form a hall for 300 people, various games, a bungee, individual capsules, modules for solitary work and phone calls, a five-meter aquarium and even an artificial waterfall.

Well, natural motives were chosen as the main theme for the design of working interiors. For example, they turned the supports into fantastic trees without leaves: in the rooms of the lower tier, they help to visually lighten the overlap a little, and in common spaces their "branches" somewhat conceal the height and protect from excess sun. In the marketing department, where a creative atmosphere is needed, these "trees" cast bright, colored shadows on the walls. And in the secluded recreation area, where signals of cellular and Internet connections should not even be caught, they become cozy, chamber lamps. One of the two work tables in the office of the director of the company (for quick meetings) smoothly turns into a liana-shaped lamp that winds along the ceiling. The cafeteria received stalactite chandeliers and images of molecules used in food on the walls. But the natural theme takes on the most bizarre form in the bathrooms, where tubs with huge cacti appear on the floor, and information about them is placed on the walls.
