Laminam, an Italian manufacturer of ARCH-SKIN ceramics, began producing its products in Russia in 2014. The LaminamRus factory, the first Russian production of ARCH-SKIN ceramics, was opened on the territory of the Vorsino Technopark in the Kaluga Region.
ARCH-SKIN ceramics is a unique material, the production technology of which was developed by the Italian engineer Franco Steffani. Ten years ago, he discovered and in subsequent years successfully adapted to the industrial cycle a special method of pressing and firing raw materials, which makes it possible to obtain a perfectly flat and very durable ceramic sheet free from internal stresses with a sufficiently large format (up to 1000 x 3000 mm) and a minimum thickness.
In terms of physical, chemical and mechanical properties, ARCH-SKIN ceramics are in many ways superior to natural and synthetic materials available on the market today - they are distinguished by absolute moisture resistance, frost resistance and fire safety. relatively low weight - 7 kg per m² with a thickness of 3 mm.
Large-format porcelain stoneware ARCH-SKIN successfully competes with conventional porcelain stoneware, composite metal panels, natural stone and wood on facades, and in the interior - with paint and corian.
