In the Grand Foyer of the Central House of Artists, live music sounded throughout the evening, and the guests slowly gathered around the stage. The awards did not start in any way. According to the host of the ceremony, Nikolai Shumakov, they were expecting Nikita Yavein, the head of the St. Petersburg "Studio 44", who this year was the chairman of the jury of the competition. Yavein himself commented on the idea of inviting a colleague from St. Petersburg to judge Moscow architects as follows: “they decided to shift the responsibility.” At the same time, later, during the event, Yavein admitted that the jury had almost no controversial issues - the winners in all nominations were chosen unanimously. However, I must say that the awards this year were noticeably fewer than usual.
In addition to Yavein, the jury included Mikhail Khazanov, Stanislav Kulish, Anastasia Zaichikova, Sergey Gnedovsky, Alexey Ginzburg, Alexey Borodushkin and Yuri Volchok.
"Golden Section": main laureates
The culmination of the evening was the announcement of the sole laureate. It was the team of the SK&P workshop and the chief architect and author of the project, Alexei Medvedev, who were awarded for the implementation of the Literator residential complex. Nikita Yavein, presenting the award, said that the jury voted for this work absolutely unanimously.
The residential complex was built on the territory of a former brewery in Khamovniki. The plot of about two hectares is surrounded on all sides by existing buildings, between which there are new volumes. They almost never go out to the red lines of the Lva Tolstoy and Rossolimo streets bordering the quarter. On the other hand, inside the quarter, detached residential buildings of different heights form a system of interconnected courtyards. All new developments are sensitive to the industrial past and present of the place. It was this attentive attitude that determined the choice of finishing materials: the facades are made of deep red bricks and light natural stone.
Alexander Skokan, head of the Ostozhenka bureau, received the Golden Section for Honor and Dignity badge this year.

Nominees: Realizations
CSKA Stadium built on the border of the Khodynskoye field. The four stands are wrapped in a complex-shaped shell - as the authors themselves define it, "a hyperbolic paraboloid". Office and hotel blocks are located in the corners of the stadium. One of them, rising 142 m above the main volume, serves as a high-rise dominant. In addition to the football arena for 30,000 spectators, the stadium includes an office and hotel complex.
The project was awarded in the category "Restoration" wing "Ruin" bureau "Rozhdestvenka", which, perhaps, was the main contender for this award.
In the "Small Object" section, a neat private house in Shatura architects Le Atelier. The one-storey house, square in plan, has a three-part composition, in which the glazed volume of the living room under the sloped roof occupies the central place. It is adjoined on one side by a block with a front porch and a recessed entrance, on the other - a laconic volume that accommodates children's bedrooms.
Another implementation is installation CuboED in the Tula region. The author of the project, Olzhas Kuzembaev, said that volunteers helped him to build an unusual design object. All of them were included in the composition of the group of authors. CuboED symbolizes the biosphere - a global system with a complex structure of direct and feedback links between all its elements. The installation serves as a clear demonstration of the triumph of nature over the work of human hands.

Projects
The Ostozhenka bureau of Alexander Skokan was also among the nominees for the main prize. Diploma and mementos in the nomination “Project. Urban Development Complex noted the concept spatial development of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk … The essence of the proposed concept is to change the layout of the city - compact instead of linear. To this end, the project proposes a number of measures: restructuring of the territories of industrial zones and their withdrawal from the center to the periphery; an increase in the number of cross-links; development of residential and social and business functions in the western part of the city; development and strengthening of the natural and ecological framework; the formation of an active urban center; consolidation of the road network and buildings.
Alexander Skokan, receiving the award, noted that a very large team of specialists worked on this large-scale project. He also expressed the hope that the project "will be realized someday and to some extent."
Project opera theater studio of the Moscow Conservatory also received the title of nominee for the "Golden Section". Authors - SUE TsNRPM and Archstruktura. The theater building is planned to be located in the courtyard of the educational building of the Conservatory. The main premises of the studio theater will be located in the underground part. Above the regenerated block, a contrasting modern superstructure is supposed. And between it and the existing building of the conservatory there will be a glazed atrium with the main entrance.
Another project by the same authors - the REACTOR atomic energy pavilion at VDNKh - received a nominee diploma in the Conceptual Design section. The architects gave the future pavilion an "ephemeral", phantom character. The building becomes a media message, a science attraction that all visitors to the park can participate in.

In the section "Printed Labor" the best was the book dedicated to Boris Eremin. The full title of the book is “Architect Boris Eremin. Creative heritage ". The team of authors - M. V. Nashchokina, B. V. Gandelsman, M. V. Komsky.
