Each of them will receive a grant in the amount of 924 thousand rubles, which will cover a two-year study under the Master's program "City and Technologies: Prototyping Future Cities" at the Higher School of Economics and living in a hostel during their studies. The academic director of the master's program is the ex-chief architect of Barcelona, the head of the laboratory for prototyping cities of the future "Shukhov Lab" Vicente Guayart.
