One of the largest Russian enterprises for the production of wooden translucent structures, Decon, was included in the list of the most successful and progressive companies in the Russian window market according to the WinAwards Russia Award, which announced the shortlist of finalists the day before.
Decon was shortlisted in the Production of the Year nomination. The company "Decon", which is part of the industrial complex of the Concern "KROST", was founded in 1993 and has its own woodworking plant, producing about 10,000 m2 products monthly. Decon carries out the production, sale and installation of wooden and wood-aluminum windows of any geometry and shape, translucent portals, and also has a special certificate for working with historical windows at restoration sites.
A wealth of experience and investment in innovation make Decon one of the most modern and sustainable companies in the window industry. “The building of the plant was designed in cooperation with European architects - specialists in the development of“green”solutions, - says Andrey Sazonov, Director of the Industry Department of the KROST Concern. - The enterprise has no analogues in Russia in terms of technical equipment and the level of environmental friendliness of production operations."
The plant is equipped with equipment from leading manufacturers. Specialists work with SCM, Federhenn, DMC, Biesse, Cefla and Elumatek woodworking machines. Today, only Decon has an innovative Italian System 5 block production line that combines five highly sophisticated machines into one circuit.
WinAwards Russia / Window Company of the Year 2017 is awarded to the best companies in the Russian window market for successful business solutions and projects that develop the window and facade glazing industry. The purpose of the Prize is to show the possibilities of the domestic glazing market, highlight promising players and orient consumers to the choice of the best window companies, products and services. Prize winners will be announced on November 28, 2017.
