Rectified porcelain stoneware
All ceramic granite from "ZKS" with a format of more than 300x300 mm is subjected to additional processing - rectification.
Rectification of porcelain stoneware - additional processing, during which the ends of porcelain stoneware tiles are trimmed using special equipment.
As a result, we get porcelain stoneware:
• with exact and uniform dimensions;
• correct geometry;
• smooth and straight edges.
The indisputable advantage of rectified porcelain stoneware is the minimum size error. Unlike calibrated porcelain stoneware, the size of the elements of which may differ within 1.5 mm, rectified porcelain stoneware Ural granite has a maximum permissible error in the discrepancy in geometric dimensions of ± 0.25 mm. The use of rectified porcelain stoneware allows you to avoid discrepancies in the sizes of porcelain stoneware tiles of one batch and excludes deviations from the declared format.
Ural granite - the highest quality
At the ZKS plant, work is being carried out on an ongoing basis to improve the quality and performance of porcelain stoneware.
So, if according to GOST 57141 - 2016 the level of water absorption is not more than 3.5%, then the average parameters of ZKS LLC are 0.07%.
Frost resistance of porcelain stoneware according to the same GOST is not less than 25 cycles, Ural granite porcelain stoneware withstands 200 freezing and heating cycles, without damage.
Average parameters of wear resistance for quartz sand from "ZKS" are 0.05 g / cm2, instead of 0.18 g / cm2declared in GOST 57141 - 2016.
