The BALI National Landscape Awards is the UK's largest national landscape architecture award for exceptional properties. The main award BALI-2017 was awarded to a project in which supports for a terrace from the Belgian company BUZON were used.
By the decision of the expert jury, the Grand Prix was awarded to the British company Maylim, the main contractor for the construction of the prestigious One Tower Bridge residential complex in central London. It was completed in 2017. The complex consists of nine residential blocks with 400 apartments, from the windows of which offer unique views of London's landmarks. It also has a 20-storey residential tower with a green roof, and the infrastructure is complemented by an underground level for technical needs, shops, restaurants, cultural and entertainment facilities and over 8,000 sq. m high quality landscape design.
Considering the unique location of the complex, very high requirements were imposed on the technologies and materials used. Therefore, the contractor ordered two popular series of terrace supports from the Buzon regional office - DPH and BC. They were used throughout the facility in the construction of multi-level sites, the installation of green and exploited roofs, the construction of fountains, reservoirs, and various recreation areas.
These adjustable feet are indispensable for these types of work. Advanced supports for the terrace during installation, they do not cause any damage, and are installed directly on the heat-waterproofing layer, as well as on any other surfaces (soil, sites with a crushed stone base, leveling screed, etc.). They are mounted on uneven and inclined surfaces, due to their own properties, they allow leveling the decking to the perfect horizontal.

- installation is greatly simplified and further maintenance is facilitated;
- contractors can remove all communications under the flooring;
- designers get a simple opportunity to combine different materials in one area and install modular green roofs.
