New city "trail"

Service center at the train station in Naples
Source: instaura.it Bayard is the station in Naples, from which the history of railways in Italy began in 1839. The task of the contestants is to transform the building of the heritage site - an abandoned factory near the station, into a place where travelers can stay for the night and receive various services. Some of the existing buildings need to be preserved / restored, and some are to be demolished. You also need to take care of the improvement of the surrounding area.

Arti Territory Development Concept

AquaMir

The complex should consist of 11 elements: a Russian bath, five continental baths, an educational center, cafes, souvenir shops, swimming pools and a spa area. Contestants must submit a conceptual sketch of the complex in three projections (top, side and cross-section).
