Nizhny Novgorod LLC "NZK" produces composite polymer materials, the quality of which is controlled at all stages of production and confirmed by test reports and GOST certificates. NZK manufactures composite reinforcement, composite mesh, bent composite elements, flexible composite ties, reinforcement clamps, waterproofing mixtures, composite profile products. It is noted here that the strength characteristics of fiberglass reinforcement, even with a smaller cross-section, are higher than that of metal ones. It is resistant to corrosion and negative temperatures (can be stored outdoors), has minimal thermal conductivity (no cold bridges are formed). The use of composite reinforcement reduces the cost of building foundations and concrete structures by almost a third, and increases their service life. The fiberglass reinforcement produced by NZK is certified in accordance with GOST 31938-12; has a density of 2,028 kg / m3 and a tensile strength of 1,250 MPa.
Composite meshes weigh four times less than steel counterparts, have high specific strength and chemical resistance, and are dielectric. The mesh can be used in the construction of concrete bearing structures, for reinforcing brickwork, for reinforcing finishing layers (plaster). Manufactured in accordance with TU 23.64.10-001-06198931-2017. NKZ is ready to supply any volumes of fiberglass or basalt-plastic masonry mesh with different mesh sizes.
A year ago, NKZ launched the production of bent composite elements, which can be used to strengthen the T-shaped or L-shaped part of the structure; they are used to create three-dimensional reinforcing cages, structures that require increased strength.
