Tests were carried out to approve a new construct of window frames. Now KMEW panels can be used without the so-called "Pestritsky spout" on window frames, as a result of which we obtain a cleaner and more aesthetic appearance of the facade while strictly complying with the K0 fire hazard class.

reference:

Pestritsky's spout or beak is a protrusion on the facade that prevents fire from spreading from the window to the upper floors. Alexander Vitalievich Pestritsky - - engineer, honorary builder of Russia, head of the laboratory of TsNIISK named after V. I. VA Kucherenko, is engaged in the development of fire-prevention systems in construction.

KM-Tekhnologiya with partners from Hilti took a risk, since without the use of this element, the thermal load on the facade increases significantly and no one could guarantee the successful completion of the tests.

But KMEW panels survived at a maximum temperature of 890 degrees without a single fragment falling out, thereby proving their high quality and fire resistance.

For 10 years, since 2009, the KM-Technology company has been presenting and developing Japanese textured fiber cement panels KMEW on the Russian market.

The material is gaining more and more popularity in Russia due to a number of advantages

  • A wide range of textures and colors. It is due to the presence of texture on the panels, and not the "print of texture", that KMEW facade panels are increasingly used for multi-storey projects.
  • Color fastness. Warranty for fading paint on panels from 15 to 50 years, depending on the series. Facade panels will not fade, as is usually the case with a number of facade materials on the Russian market.
  • Unrivaled Japanese quality. Facade panels are made in Japan.
  • Self-cleaning. All KMEW panels have a hydrophilic finish, which allows them to stay clean even on heavily soiled facades, maintain aesthetics and minimize building maintenance costs
  • Aesthetics. Concealed attachment to the subsystem and invisible horizontal seams that transform the curtain wall into a single surface.
  • All necessary certificates for use in construction on the territory of the Russian Federation without height restrictions.
  • Cost. KMEW panels made in Japan, but their price is from 1248 rubles m2, fits easily even into budget projects.
