The Innovation complex is being built in Odintsovo on Einstein Street, directly opposite the Skolkovo University of Science and Technology, built according to the project of the Swiss bureau herzog & de meuron. Such a neighborhood could not but affect the appearance of the quarter and the quality of its execution.
High-rise buildings of variable number of storeys from the street side are connected by two-storey galleries with retail premises and form three U-shaped sections with spacious closed courtyards. The main feature of the complex is in its facades. For cladding, Japanese KMEW fiber cement panels manufactured by Panasonic Corporation from the Seradir V high-rise series with a rice paper texture in nine colors were used: Pearl - 2 tones, Dark chocolate, Sea buckthorn, White, Furioso bismarck, Pink pearls, Heavenly blue - 2 tones.

The "rice paper" texture, due to the different depth and shape of the grooves, faithfully imitates the natural relief of the plaster, and thanks to the wave-like pattern and a well-thought-out fastening system, the feeling of a monolithic surface is created, which is not interrupted by joints and seams. The rich range of natural shades allows not only to respond to the natural materials - wood and concrete - of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, but also to give individuality to the laconic-shaped residential buildings. Neutral light colors serve as a background against which, with the help of a thick terracotta palette, cheerful patterns are created, accents are placed, and blocks are isolated. The variety of techniques became possible due to the combination of juicy, but not catchy shades.

KMEW panels from the Seradir V high-rise series are distinguished by their increased strength combined with low weight, as well as the ability to maintain the intensity of the shade and surface texture throughout the entire service life. Even under the influence of ultraviolet radiation and atmospheric precipitation, the color saturation will remain the same.
RC "Innovation" is the third large residential complex from the developer "Granel", implemented jointly with the company "KM-Technology", which is the pioneer of Japanese KMEW panels for the Russian market.
