Installation of KMEW panels on the facades of the Brigantina residential complex has begun in Dolgoprudny, Moscow Region. This is another large-scale project in the portfolio of KM-Technology, which supplies to Russia Japanese panels and components for high-rise and low-rise construction.

"Brigantine" is located at the embankment of the Moscow Canal, surrounded by parks and greenery. The complex consists of 15 residential buildings up to 23 floors high, which form quarters with spacious enclosed courtyards.

Since the complex is located near the water, the architects from the design institute "Giprokommundortrans" decided to take the image of a lighthouse as a basis - the illusion of a torch or glow should be created by metal elements in the facing of the upper floors of the corner sections. And in order to make the main body of the facade more varied and on a human scale, the architects use color: the larger monochrome blocks are separated by a bright yellow-orange "ribbon" that runs through all the buildings.

The choice was made on a combination of panels from the Seradir V high-rise series: with "rice paper" plaster texture (HCW11127GC, HCW1119GC, HCW11110GC) and with a linear texture (HCW1568GC and HCW1567GC). The rough surface and complex deep shades of KMEW panels help to bring to life the architectural solution, making the facades catchy, tactile, more "alive" in an amicable way.

KMEW panels are good not only for aesthetic characteristics: they retain brightness and texture for at least 50 years, special fasteners allow you to create a vast surface without pronounced joints and seams, and one of the most interesting properties is the ability to self-cleaning. These advantages, as well as simple installation and ease of use, make the material more and more in demand in modern high-rise construction.
