What will the special project "Windows of Drevolution" be like? What materials will become available to Zodchestvo'19 visitors?
Olga Starkova: Our exposition will consist of six volumetric models and photographs of finished architectural objects - "Manometer", "Ram!", "Mezh", "Belfry", "Stoyak" and "Archive". All of them were created in our workshop of modern wooden architecture "Drevolyutsiya". Anyone who wants to see the objects live, after "Zodchestvo" invite you to visit ARTPLAY.
What is the role of the concept of "transparency", the theme of this year's festival, within the project?
O. S.: For me, in our workshop, the first place is the work of the participants with the mentors. This is a union of pure creativity and invaluable communication. We were lucky that the workshop was invented and supervised by Nikolai Belousov. He is our precious mineral, next to which vibrations and vibrations awaken in us. We become more sensitive to creative energy, which, like transparency, freely flows through us and unites to create projects.
Is it possible to say that the "window" in the name of the special project is also a kind of reference to the theme of the Zodchestvo festival?
O. S.: As a rule, the qualifying round and the workshop are devoted to different topics. For the competition, we choose a separate item, the simplest one, like a stool, shelter or the current window. "Window" corresponds to the theme of "Architecture" in the sense that through it you can look somewhere or into something. Perhaps this coincidence can be considered symbolic - we really looked through the "windows" into the inner world of young architects.
Interconnected with the concept of transparency is the theme of our workshop this year - "Penetration". We will show the results of penetration into the post-industrial territory, into history, into ourselves in the "Windows of the Drevolution".

Why did you decide to take part in the Zodchestvo festival this year? What results do you expect to get?
O. S.: This was influenced by two factors. The first one is the coincidence in the decoding of the topics of the qualifying competition and the Zodchestvo festival. The second is the opportunity to show the work of talented and motivated youth. We will be glad to meet you at the Zodchestvo festival and discuss our exposition.
