Any place for the proposed construction can be chosen, but the project must be potentially applicable to other locations. "Heavenly Hive" 2020 - Skyscraper Competition
The contestants will have to create a project for a new generation high-rise building. The task is to reconsider the relationship of skyscrapers with nature, people and the city. Participants can choose the place for the hypothetical construction of the tower at their discretion.

Birdhouse 2020

"Beacon" of climate change

Facade transformation
The competition focuses on the need to renovate the glass facades of old New York office buildings, which require a lot of energy for both heating and cooling, and therefore do not fit into the city's carbon reduction program. For the development of projects for the transformation of facades into more environmentally friendly, a 15-storey building built in 1962 was chosen.

Houseboats for Kiribati

Loeb Fellowship is a program for practicing architects, planners, designers and urban planners with 5 to 10 years of experience. It is organized by the Harvard Graduate School of Design and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
