As a theater begins with a coat rack, a new residential complex often starts with a sales office. Potential buyers, as a rule, first come to this place, and only then go to inspect the future apartment. For this reason, developers have begun to pay more and more attention to the appearance of office pavilions. Among them is the development company FGC "Leader" (part of the FGC Group): next to the RC "Richard", which is being built on Sorge Street in Moscow, it has opened a bright and memorable sales office.
The construction of the residential complex "Richard" began in the fall of 2018, it is planned to put it into operation at the beginning of 2022. The quarter, consisting of two residential buildings, is located in the prestigious Khoroshevsky district, surrounded by Stalinist houses and modern residential buildings. The project includes more than 50 types of unique layouts, as well as two-level apartments with a real winter garden. Of course, a house of such a high level required an appropriate "auxiliary room".
The combination of broken lines on the façade and its rich color made the building look like a gold bar or gemstone. The anodized aluminum cassettes produced by GRADAS helped to achieve such brilliance and brightness - they were used to clad the facade of the building. The cassettes are made of gold-like anodized aluminum, the thickness of the perforated panels is 2 mm.
It must be said that the pavilion borrowed its unusual architecture from the "parent" building. So, the end of one of the buildings of the second building - where the passage to the courtyard is located - is decorated with a three-dimensional panel of golden color, and broken lines are found in the outlines of window openings. The same motives are repeated in the interior - they can be found in the form of the reception desk and the drawing of the wall behind it.
