On the whole, they show that the genre is well established and professes a richness of impressions, played out according to the score of tendencies, from which it is not so easy to deviate. For example, it is obvious: multi-colored chairs are more relevant than ever, and plants upside down are also still in trend. Meanwhile, international trends are not so bad; in any case, now it is especially felt: it is cozy there. Let's hope that all of these places will be able to reopen after the quarantine.

Design projectfor the "La Truffe" chocolate workshop / Minsk

Perhaps the best project in this collection turned out to be restrained classic. Although he is the smallest. Chocolate showroom square in Minsk 8 m2, he would not even be accepted for the role of a bedroom. The space inside, however, is well lit by side natural light, which favorably sculpts slides of truffles in the display case and leaves of ceiling rosettes from which cords of steam-punk incandescent lamps in large transparent bulbs are drawn. The whiteness, motivated by the theme of white chocolate, is highlighted with graphic black accents - it removes any shade of excess from the classic panels and rosettes: everything is noble in unison with the French name of the boutique.

Optics salon "SeeYou" / Chelyabinsk

author: Julia Safronova

customer: medical organization "Optic Center"

implementation: autumn 2019

“A room in a“Stalinist”building with a high ceiling and arched windows overlooking the central city avenue.

The main idea is to make an optics store that does not look like a regular one. With unconventional retail equipment and an emphasis on eco-styling in the design. The materials used are plywood, wooden beams, pressed cork granules (puffs), stabilized plants. In continuation of this theme, the idea arose to make a panel from computer waste.

At the request of the customer, one of the three sales areas was taken under the RayBan brand, keeping the color scheme of the brand. The equipment in this area is made of square steel tubes and metal shelves made at the Chelyabinsk plant KZTO."

The interior is divided into several zones with pronounced specificity. The main product - spectacle frames - are presented on a neutral or bright colored background. Each zone has its own attractor: a collage of motherboards, a lamp from inverted pots with artificial greenery, large graphics on the wall. The entrance is greeted by a bar counter and a couple of tables in a mini-cafe, on the cafe there is a balcony with ottomans for relaxation. The cat in the glasses-mirrors in the toilet is absolutely wonderful.

***Bistro of Georgian cuisine GRYZIN. BY / Minsk

“Gruzin.by is a chain of Georgian cuisine establishments that positions itself as Georgian fast food and operates on the principle of“fast and cheap”. The goal is to offer restaurant quality meals in a fast service format. Arrange boarding for more than 50 seats.

The task was to create a memorable, unusual place; combine sophisticated details with simple solutions; to attract those who like to eat quickly and deliciously. Another desire of the customer was to keep the floor from the previous owners.

They relied on bright and contrasting colors, since fast food and gourmet are already a contrasting concept.

The total area is 134 m2, of which 78 m2 reserved for the hall, and, despite the small space, we managed to arrange a sufficient number of seats.

Used in the interior laconic surfaces. The accent color was made green, which is present not only in the decoration of furniture, but also supported by landscaping. The choice for the accompanying shades was powdery pink, blue. The atmosphere in the hall is complemented by neon. It enlivens the space and lures you from the street in the evening."

"Early Birds" cafe / Perm

author: ALLARTSDESIGN / Artemy Saranin

customer: REDCUP, K16 cafe

implementation: autumn 2019

“A rethought image of a bird that does not take off your eyes, feathers and cages” - this is how the author of the design defines the main plot of the project, solved in the so-called pastel colors. On the one hand, a photograph of a full-lipped girl is boring with big eyes, on the other, “Parisian” mirrors are lined up against a playful golden background. Plants are placed on the sides of the pillars and taken into dense cages.
