In the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg, as a result of the reconceptualization of the Felicita shopping and entertainment complex, a new complex in the English style of the London Mall will appear. The project was developed by the British architectural firm Chapman Taylor. Reconception will affect the central part of the shopping center with an area of 41,000 sq. M.

But before, there was always something missing. It was the conceptual content that was lacking. That is why we decided to completely redesign the fuel dispenser. This is not just a redevelopment - it is a reconception, which aims to create a new high-quality object in the FORT GROUP portfolio”.
For the "English" accents of the new interiors of the London Mall, the architects of Chapman Taylor used, among other things, English hand-molded bricks BORROWDALE BLEND and STAFFORDSHIRE SLATE BLUE SMOOTH clinker bricks by IBSTOCK.
