Hotel "Inspiration" 2020
The competition is being held for the seventh time, and the participants are traditionally invited to develop a project of a residence for creative people, where they can concentrate, find sources of inspiration, generate and implement new ideas. Competitors can choose a place for their "hotel" on their own, but the choice must be justified.

Gallery of Fine Arts in Florence

Little House 2020
Ideas for the creation of small, but functional and, most importantly, mobile homes that could give their owners a feeling of freedom without constantly changing their homes are accepted for the competition. The project must be environmentally friendly, technological and original. The home (no more than 300 square feet, that is, 28.8 m2) needs to be easily transported from place to place.

Development of the Moskva River embankment in Strogino
The competition with a prize fund of 14 million rubles will be held in an international format. It is planned to develop the embankment of the right bank of the Moskva River - from the Moscow Ring Road to the Stroginsky Highway. The total area of the competitive site is more than 105 hectares. The projects will be developed by three finalists who have successfully passed the qualification selection.

Reconstruction of the Château Lafite-Rothschild winery

Roof tiles in architecture 2020/21
