The building plot is located in the Paris suburb of Oberville, in an industrial zone undergoing reconstruction. The 300-room dorm for this reason combines a "humanistic" look with the simplicity that is needed in such an environment.
The architects built the project on the "face - lining" motif: the facade facing a busier street is white with red details, and the quieter one (the building has an L-shaped plan and was built at a crossroads) - red and white.
The two-story ground floor, a strip of painted concrete, accommodates the lobby, coworking space, café, laundry and other common areas. Above, the façade is formed by perforated metal panels, and a contrasting color marks the private terraces intended for twin rooms, more precisely, the lattice screens protecting these terraces from the sun.
