Baumit products are long-standing partners in historic restoration projects, and this is confirmed by the Baumit Life Challenge 2020 competition, where a colorful project from Russia was presented in the nomination dedicated to the revival of a historical building - a church in honor of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in the village of Telma, Irkutsk region. This is an object of cultural heritage of the 19th century of federal significance, a unique example of a rotunda temple in Eastern Siberia, which is distinguished by an original, graceful and laconic design of external decoration. The facade was revived from the ruins, the expressive and delicate ornament was restored - every garland, brace, round medallions with Maltese crosses, Roman acanthus leaves.
