The Jesolo Lido Village, part of the future Jesolo Lido Complex, consists of two main parts: a long, ribbon-like, three-storey building with shops on the ground floor, encircling a central plaza, a plaza, and a house around a park and swimming pool. The height of the Jesolo Lido Village fits into the low urban development. The facades are enlivened by a system of sun visors. Niches and openings in the walls of houses will create a particularly lively play of light and shade in the morning and evening hours. The complex will be commissioned in the summer of 2006, later three high-rise buildings will be built on the first line of the coastal development - from the windows of the highest of them, 23-storey, views of Venice will open.
