This is a large-scale ensemble located on an area of about 20 hectares. It will be built in Butakovka, in close proximity to the former capital of the country. Modern residential buildings will be erected there, the need for which is especially high now in Kazakhstan, which is rapidly developing from an economic point of view. They will be inscribed in a picturesque landscape, with rivers and tree-covered hills.
They will be complemented by a kind of "recreation area"; individual bungalows will be located next to a variety of infrastructure facilities: a fitness club, cafes, restaurants, a cinema, a kindergarten and a swimming pool.
Particular attention of the architects was paid to environmental friendliness and rational use of resources during the operation of the future complex.
