The two towers together form a mixed-use complex on the banks of the Thames, in Southark County. The 23-storey office complex and the 43-storey residential building will be connected by a common "heat exchange" system: the excess heat generated by the office building will be used by the apartment building.
At the base of a residential complex for 300 apartments, it is planned to build a shopping center with an area of 1600 sq. m. Also, this building will be distinguished by a complex facade solution: individual panels of its cladding will be inclined at different angles to each other, which will create unusual lighting effects. The tower will also boast the narrowest silhouette (viewed from the south) of all high-rise residential buildings in London, so the shadow cast by it will be minimal.
Also, as part of the construction of the complex, investments are planned in the social infrastructure of the area, repair of the transport system and the regeneration of Christchurch Gardens.
