Two towers with a height of 35 and 29 floors, respectively, will appear near the dock area, in the Taeur Hamlets area. The project was approved by the local authorities; it involves the construction of a total of 414 apartments of different sizes, 35% of them will be affordable housing. The complex will also include several shops, a nursery and a fitness center. But the main infrastructure object will be a fast food restaurant: it is still located at the site of future construction and belongs to the owner of the site, the McDonald's chain. However, this company does not intend to engage in such development activities and plans to sell its property and transfer the restaurant to some other network.
The facades of the rounded towers will be clad with stainless steel panels. There will also be reinforced soundproofing of buildings, as there is a busy highway nearby. The towers will be united by a common base, as well as by organic steel "ribbons". Gardens are planned on the roofs of both buildings.
