Pavel Andreev submitted for consideration a pre-project for the restoration of the clergy's house in the historical and architectural ensemble "Rogozhskaya Sloboda" (Rogozhsky settlement, 29). The house has the status of a newly dug out monument, and the project for its restoration has already been approved by the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Moscow Heritage Committee - where it was recommended to continue the design "while maintaining the outer dimensions and basements and dismantling emergency internal walls that are not part of the protection." By the working group the author showed one variant corresponding to the dimensions of the monument; on the facade - the columns are being restored. The experts agreed with the opinion of the method council and the project was adopted without objection.

It is not the first time that the project of Alexander Asadov was considered, which involves the regeneration of buildings in Bolshoy Znamensky per., 13, bldg. 2 for the sake of placing two apartments (Mosproekt-2, master. 19, architect AR Asadov). A one-storey building with attic spaces is converted into a two-storey one, keeping the classic appearance of the existing façade. The experts noted that the project shown now took a big step forward compared to the previous ones, but still found several discrepancies. The window openings seemed too large, not corresponding to the historical ones, the Velyuksovsky windows facing the street will face the monument, but the main thing is the space between the building and the monument, where there was once a gate. According to the author, the gate will definitely be restored, but this territory is no longer in their ownership. The "improved version" was taken as a basis so that in the future the designers would remove the annexes from the side of the monument, show how the gates would rise and work on the window openings.

The building of the Moscow State Art Gallery of Vasily Nesterenko is planned to be built on the site of a 4-storey apartment building on the Arbat (44, p. 2). The building that now exists on this site was built in the 19th century on the site of the manor wing of the 18th century; now the apartment building has been sentenced to demolition (commission passed) due to dilapidation. With a little caveat.

Since the house retained the elements of the manor outbuilding in the form of white-stone arched openings, the newly built building should preserve these arches and generally become "regeneration", that is, depend on the conclusion of archaeologists who will monitor the dismantling of the house. Thus, at the current stage, the main issue was the volumetric and height indicators of the projected structure. Several options were proposed, the experts chose the one that is closer than others in general parameters to the existing volume - also 4-storey. Exhibition halls of the gallery will be attached to it. Viktor Sheredega rejected the proposal to attach a new volume to the blank wall of a nearby automatic telephone exchange, because if this is not done, the courtyard between the houses will remain a walk-through. In general, the accepted option was called "stretch regeneration" and the next time the authors were asked to bring an architectural solution.

The site near the Belorussky railway station in the area of Elektricheskiy lane is now being adjusted to the security zone. The only surviving element of the historical building of the area is the main house of the city manor, which, due to its dilapidation and poor preservation, has already been decided to be demolished. The proposed for this place a project of a complex of consumer services ("Cursor-Holding", architect M. G. Porembskaya), according to the recommendations of the Demolition Commission, preserves the composition of the site and proposes the construction of a 6-7-storey building with a two-storey underground parking (total area - 550 sq.m, height - 25 m). The project was accepted as a basis, but with one significant caveat - to return for consideration again when the order to adjust the security zone is actually issued.

The pre-project of the MGTS training and methodological center with a built-in automatic telephone exchange in the 3rd Lyusinovsky lane, 1 (ABV-project, architect V. P. Shalyavsky) was considered again. As well as last time, experts reacted with suspicion to the function of the building, which, in their opinion, after construction is likely to turn into an administrative, that is, an office center and will load an already overloaded area. But the main question was caused by the fact that the building is not guided by the red line of the entire street, but by the building of the 1970s, which plays little role and in general is unlikely to stand here for more than five years. According to experts, there are more valuable buildings nearby, coming from Mytnaya Street, the line of which must be maintained. Also, the group was not satisfied with the stepped pyramidal structure of the roof. As a result, the experts did not make a final decision on the project and suggested that the authors make a few more options with other compositions, not "dwelling" only on the U-shaped plan so that they could be compared.

In Podkolokolny Lane, 11a, on the site of the former technical school, it is planned to build a business center with a developed infrastructure (ABV Group ABV, architect N. Yu. Biryukov). The object is supposed to be of different heights, standing on the red line of the former vocational school building. However, its height - 30 meters, blocks the view of the Moskva River and the skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya embankment and, according to specialists of landscape-visual analysis, should be lowered to at least 24 m. The second group of comments touched, as it almost always happens now, the office function of the building … The house is being designed in accordance with the Mayor's Office resolution of 2005, and the decision not to build more offices in the center was made in 2006; so the function is deprecated. Having looked at the project, the experts called its style "harsh", reminiscent of the "Russia" hotel, which does not correspond to either the unique terrain or the historical surroundings. As a result, the group passed the verdict that “the object does not satisfy them neither in volumetric, nor in high-rise, nor in architectural solution” and the authors need to bring a project corresponding to all these indicators.

It is planned to build a multifunctional complex with an underground parking lot in the Basmannaya protected area, the largest protected area in Moscow, on the site of a factory demolished in 2002 in Aptekarsky lane (property 4) ("CAAR-Project", architect V. P. Petukhov) … The project had already been considered by the group in advance, and now the authors wanted to get permission for the first stage of construction. However, they did not have enough coordination documents for this: the city rationale turned out to be too old (2005), the conclusions of the Research and Development Institute of the General Plan and the landscape-visual analysis were generally negative. Therefore, the project was not given the requested "conditional approval" and asked the authors to go through all the necessary instances.

An attempt by the architect N. E. Novikov, who designed a house in Maly Golovin Lane, 5-7, to add a large glass balcony on top to it, again did not receive approval. This idea was rejected by experts a few weeks ago; yesterday two new options were shown, but they did not pass either. According to experts, the balcony will weigh on the facade and give rise to the fact that the whole house will begin to grow in height unauthorizedly, using the well-known tactics of ignoring the restrictions “in fact”.
