The first to discuss the pre-project of reconstruction with the demolition and new construction of a research institution - the Energy Institute named after Krzhizhanovsky with administrative and office premises at 19 Leninsky Prospect (Bureau of architect Vorontsov, architect AR Vorontsov). The project proposes the reconstruction of the first front of low-rise buildings and the creation of a 9-storey glazed volume instead of a 5-storey building on the second one. The experts noted the importance of the reconstruction of the scientific center and the creation of a dominant that supports the avenue, however, a house of this size requires redrawing in this place of the security zone - and adjusting the territory for a specific volume was never welcomed. Therefore, the working group could not make a final decision, and made only recommendations. Of the two options presented - a more generalized background, completely glazed and the other - a bright, horizontally dissected volume-wave, the first was chosen. The number of storeys of the building was also reduced - “the project can be considered a regeneration to six floors, but 9 is no longer there”. Then the project was sent to the Moscow Heritage Committee and the chief architect of Moscow.

Next we considered the preliminary design of an administrative and office building with a built-in automatic telephone exchange at 11 Rogozhsky Val (“ABD architects”, Boris Levyant). The building is supposed to be built on the site of a dilapidated warehouse building that has no architectural value. Since the PBX has gone digital today, the main function in the building will be offices. According to the project, this is a high-rise tower of 81 m, 52 thousand square meters. Waves on the facade, according to the author, allow the front facade to be raised to create an avan-square in front of the building. The high-rise volume of the object, according to the working group, is supported by neighboring high-rises - the Meerson building and others. In general, the pre-project was approved, but Viktor Sheredega suggested “to continue the search for an architectural appearance”, motivating it as follows: “if it had been made ten years ago, all the laurels would have been yours, but not now”.

The project for the reconstruction of a residential building on Bolshaya Serpukhovskaya, 19/37, building 4 (JSB "Oikos", architect AI Kovalevsky) is not included in the security zone. At the end of the 19th century, this 4-storey residential building, Matveev's architecture, was converted into a profitable one and to this day has retained the features of the so-called. "Brick style". Now the project proposes reconstruction of the building, partial preservation of its internal partitions and façade, plus a fifth floor superstructure. The project won a competition in the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Construction a few months ago, but it does not coincide with ARI, released back in 2005, where only 4 floors are indicated. And in the “project” mode, in contrast to the “pre-project”, the working group does not have the right to make significant changes, and therefore V. Sheredega proposed to apply to the project for a recommendation to Alexander Kuzmin.

A pre-project was considered for the regeneration of the front of the building of the street with the placement of an administrative building on Bol. Kommunisticheskaya, 11, p. 17 (Union of Architects of Russia, creative art by V. V. Ermakov). According to experts, Bolshaya Kommunisticheskaya Street is one of the few that have preserved its historical appearance. One of these ensembles was considered - a residential building with a courtier and two wings, surrounded by several buildings. Including the Soviet 2-storey studio, which they decided to restore, since it stood here longer than anyone else. The chairman of the meeting noted that "the case here is clean" and therefore restoration is possible. Of the three proposed options, the third and fourth were named the most acceptable.

The project for adjusting the space-planning and architectural and urban planning solution of the building site at 3 Durova Street as part of the office and business center and the "Temple of Childhood" complex (Mosproekt-4, architect A. G. Belyaev) was filmed at the Public Council under the mayor Moscow, in particular, due to a flaw in the transport scheme - now the authors have designed underground passages to the Suvorovskaya metro station under construction. The construction site is located across the street from the Durov Theater and next to the Olympic Complex - “a valuable site of the city”; in addition, many tall buildings are planned to be built here in the near future, including a tower for the first TV channel. Therefore, one of the problems was the harmonious neighborhood of all future buildings. More serious objections touched upon the apparent functional imbalance of the complex, in which investment construction is clearly playing the main violin - a volumetric prism is piled up behind the miniature cylinders of the children's center in the style of Durov's theater. This problem was the main one at the public council, where the project was "wrapped up", and now - its solution, however, has not been outlined. Summing up, Viktor Sheredega proposed to consider the project as a part of the entire district at the ECOS meeting to see if it can be combined with the proposed neighboring buildings.

Pre-project of utilities in the inter-track space of Kazan and Mitkovo directions of the Moscow Railways (Soyuzdorproekt OJSC). It is planned to build a parking lot for large harvesting machines of several nearby yards in the “right-of-way” near the railway tracks on the empty triangle of the site. Experts quickly accepted it and noted the importance of such a non-profit project.

The project of regeneration of the building for administrative use in Syezhinskiy per., 3, bld. 1,2 (Prigozhin's architectural bureau, architect A. E. Prigozhin) was considered quite recently and was rejected due to modernity, which did not correspond to the historical Empire style of the entire area … This time, the designers brought several different versions of the new building and a joint general plan of the area. The experts decided that “if it is impossible to“regenerate”the entire area, then there is no need to try,” plus they decided that the object does not represent strategic importance for the entire site and therefore now you can choose the best option from the presented ones. We decided to bring to the regulations of Ch. architect of Moscow 3 and 4 options, but still note that among the projects presented did not appear "… options reflecting the historical environment."
