A narrow 13-storey office building is located on the territory of the new Flightforum business park, which is being built up according to the general plan of the MVRDV bureau. The first tier is occupied by the lobby, the upper tiers are occupied by the salon, the rest of the floors, intended for offices, have a free layout. This allows the structure of the tower, supported by two shafts with lifts and staircases and only three additional supports.
The glass facades of the building combine transparent and opaque areas, and the color of the latter varies from almost white to graphite black, depending on the density of the application of the silvery dots of the coating. The almost mirrored surface of the walls is also enlivened by the neighboring buildings and trees reflected in it.
