It will be located in the port of Minervahaven, which is now being transformed from an industrial area into a center for the "creative industry." It is very difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises in this industry to find an office in Amsterdam, and Alphabet is designed to solve this problem. The building meets all the needs of future tenants: it is a spacious building with an original design, conveniently located and easily accessible to motorists.
On a plot measuring 30 mx 30 m, a rectangular block will be erected, erected on a transparent base where the parking lot is located. On the front facade there are huge numbers visible from afar - the house number, and on the main one facing the water - the letters of the Latin alphabet. Behind each of them is an easily transformable module with an area of 128 m2: tenants can be satisfied with one such room or combine several into a single space, as the design bureau Thonik did: it will occupy the entire upper floor, letters from A to F. All letters on the facade did not fit, so I and Q had to be abandoned, which has a symbolic meaning: IQ is inside the building.
