The restaurant is located in Polanco, one of the most prestigious areas of the city. Its volume is enclosed in a "cage" of two layers of steel grating. Its organic outlines are reminiscent of ivy wrapping around a building; in addition, the permeable shell should soften the boundaries between the external space and the interior, create a play of light and shadow.
The intricate contours of the facade lattice were created using a computer-controlled machine, and the assembly required the special skill of the workers.
In the restaurant, in addition to various halls, including a sake bar, there is a terrace surrounded by greenery. Each zone has its own interior concept with specially made furniture and lamps; they were handled by the designers of ESRAWE Studio.
