Construction in the very center of the Danish capital did impose a number of restrictions. First of all, in terms of height (the complex should have had no more than 5 floors) and the general coloristic solution, because Friedrichsberg has a very restrained palette.

In addition, the building was supposed to be built close to one of the most active streets in the district, so that its main facade, by definition, should have turned out to be quite "spectacular".

The shamrock, which the architects themselves prefer to call the clover leaf, was the basis of the general plan for a reason - the division of the complex into three buildings made it possible to make it low and organically separate the company's departments into different buildings, the activities of which are in no way interconnected.

In addition, this shape allowed the authors of the project in each of the buildings to make a large triangular atrium around which work and public areas are organized. And in order to speed up communication between floors and buildings, bridges were thrown across each of the atriums - this is generally the favorite planning technique of the 3XN bureau, which in this project greatly contributes to the most convenient logistics within the complex.

The beveled stained-glass windows of the entrance areas and windows of different widths give dynamism to the facades, and the selected cladding with light beige natural stone panels helps to fit the building into the surrounding buildings.
