Elemental facade system alt=EF65 is designed for the production of continuous multi-storey glazing by hanging ready-made blocks (elements) on the floors. In production, the modules are fully assembled and glazed, which are delivered ready-made to the facility under construction. This method of installation eliminates the need to install scaffolding and greatly simplifies the construction of facades in high-rise construction.

Due to the high degree of factory assembly, element facades have significant advantages in terms of installation time and the quality of the structure being erected in comparison with the classic post-transom facade, namely:

- standardization of elements at the design stage, high quality of assembly, strict control in the manufacturing process, final quality control;

- installation at a construction site with fewer working operations, which significantly reduces the influence of the human factor (the appearance of marriage);

- the construction time practically does not depend on weather conditions, since the structures are manufactured in the production workshop;

- using a floor-by-floor installation method, therefore, with a "closed circuit" finishing work can be carried out at an earlier stage;

- the possibility of installation at low temperatures without significant changes in the technological process;

- earlier readiness to start operation of the building, quick return on investment.

The main difference between element facades is that ready-made blocks of certain sizes are brought to the construction site. The alt=EF65 system allows large panels and glazed elements to be fully assembled in the factory and easily assembled on site (including the incorporation of parts such as fixed window frames, ventilation systems and special window sill wall panels).

Elemental facades are erected in the following order:

1. Blocks are assembled from an aluminum profile and double-glazed windows (glass, "blank" filling) at the plant.

2. A geodetic survey of the object is carried out and the installation of support sets on the floor slabs.

3. The produced blocks are packed and transported in a container way to the object, where they are "hung" on the supports attached to the floors of the building.

Thus, an element facade system enters the market, which has a number of significant competitive advantages:

1.high heat engineering characteristics;

2. a wide range of fillings - single glasses, double-glazed windows and other opaque sheet materials with a thickness of 6 to 56 mm;

3. high tightness of the structure due to the use of a multi-circuit sealing system;

4. the presence in the system and the possibility of using several standard sizes of frame and impost profiles in one structure;

5. supply of system fasteners for installation;

6. two types of impost connection - using self-tapping screws and embedded parts;

7. two options for fixing the glazing bead - using end screws or a safety element made of stainless steel.

More detailed information about new profiles and system components is available in Appendix 1.

The main characteristics of the system are presented in Appendix 2.

Detailed technical information on these profiles, basic assembly solutions and examples of typical structures are given in the technical catalog of the alt=EF65 system.
