Tests of samples of structures of the alt=EF65 system were carried out at the stands of the Scientific Research Institute of Building Physics of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences (NIISF RAASFN).
Based on the calculations and tests, the confirmed resistance to heat transfer of the enclosing modular structure made of aluminum profiles of the alt=EF65 system is:
• translucent part with two-chamber glass unit SPD 6I-20Ar-6M1-18Ar-I6 (Thermix 6I-20Ar-6M1-18Ar-I6) - R0pr = 1.0m2 0С / W. According to table 4 of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings", the structure can be used in residential and public buildings throughout Russia;
• translucent part with two-chamber glass unit SPD 8M1-18Ar-6M1-18Ar-I6 (Thermix 8M1-18Ar-6M1-18Ar-I6) - R0pr = 0.81m2 0С / W. According to table 4 of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings", the structure can be used in residential and public buildings throughout Russia;
• opaque filling (glass 8mm, mineral wool insulation PAROC FAS 3 160mm thick, aluminum sheet 1.5mm) - R0pr = 2.0m2 0C / W.
Sound insulation of airborne noise of urban traffic flow of a translucent enclosing modular structure made of aluminum profiles of the alt=EF65 system with double-chamber double-glazed windows SPD 6I-20Ar-6M1-18Ar-I6 (Thermix 6I-20Ar-6M1-18Ar-I6) and SPD 8M1-18Ar- 6M1-14Ar-4.4.1 (Thermix 8M1-18Ar-6M1-14Ar-4.4.1) is - 36 dBA.
Sound insulation of airborne noise of urban traffic flow of a translucent enclosing modular structure made of aluminum profiles of the alt=EF65 system with a double-chamber double-glazed window SPD 8M1-18Ar-6M1-18Ar-I6 is 37 dBA.
The air permeability of the enclosing modular structure made of aluminum profiles of the alt=EF65 system in accordance with GOST 26602.2-99 at ∆ρ = 100 Pa is 0.45 m3 / (h • m2), at ∆ρ = 600 Pa is 1.63 m3 / (h • m2). According to water permeability tests in accordance with GOST 26602.2-99, the structure is impermeable at ∆ρ = 900 Pa.
Confirmation of the high thermal and sound insulation characteristics of the element facade system alt=EF65 guarantees the high quality of the proposed solutions and increases the competitiveness of the products of the Alutech Group of Companies.
