At the MOSBUEL-2013 exhibition at the Saint-Gobain stand, a two-layer insulation system was presented: an inner layer made on the basis of fiberglass and an outer layer based on basalt fiber, produced at the new LINEROCK plant of the Saint-Gobain corporation.
This combined solution is much more economical and will allow the insulation division (ISOVER + LINEROCK) to reach a new level of supply for construction in Russia.
Now the plant in Chelyabinsk has begun mass production of two new heat and sound insulation materials ISOVER based on stone fiber ISOVER Light and ISOVER Ruf N Optimal. Both products have all the necessary certificates and belong to the group of non-combustible materials.
ISOVER Light recommended for insulating frame walls, suspended ceilings, partitions, as well as an internal heat-insulating layer in hinged facade systems with an air gap with a two-layer thermal insulation. The material provides a high level of thermal protection, the bar is installed without much effort and does not require additional fasteners, it is easy to cut and convenient to work with.
Application area ISOVER Ruf N Optimal - loaded lower heat-insulating layer in structures of two-layer insulation of flat roofs. This product has high strength characteristics, low coefficient of thermal conductivity and convenient dimensions of the plates, which provide a high installation speed and reduce heat loss.
