At the Maison & Objet Paris home furnishings exhibition in September, VGnewtrend presented its new models - decor items, tableware and furniture from designers Vincenzo Antonuccio and Marilena Calbini.
The Italian creative duo this time demonstrated their skills through luxurious creative solutions for table setting and tableware. Among the new products are several collections of glass in unique colors, with unusual patterns and decorative elements.
Fifty shades of gray can be found in the Night cymbal collection with torn edges, and stardust in the Stardust collection. Gold and classic style dominate the design of the Classic cymbals. The Chique collection is luxury in detail: a soft leatherette tableware underlay framed with Swarovski crystals, the pattern is made in the spirit of the latest design trends.
Designers did not ignore the shapes of objects. For example, Soraya are glasses, vases and candlesticks on flared legs made of transparent and colored glass. Ginko's fan-shaped rainbow plates are inspired by the shape of the leaves of the plant of the same name. The floor vase with the female name Chiara is characterized by slenderness and "steep hips" - such a decor item will perfectly fit into both classic and modern interiors. The Baroque style "solo" in the design of the Octopus candelabrum. This is one of the longest-lived VG collections and is now available in a reduced size and with ten tentacles. A steel vase with a flower arrangement "Lotus Dance" is versatile and laconic at the same time, suitable for decorating any room, be it a bedroom or a living room. The richness of colors and atmosphere of Istanbul's Grand Bazaar served as prototypes for the Istambul glasses, decorated with transparent or colored balls.
Overall, the items presented at the latest Maison & Objet once again prove the high degree of artistry of the VG collections. And one of the clearest endorsements of this concept is the Eclipse chair. The novelty of the Furniture section was created by Vincenzo Antonuccio and Marilena Calbini on associations with a solar eclipse. The design and materials of the chair make it possible to use it both indoors and outdoors.
