IT-Park is going to be built in Yakutsk. The demand for such complexes has arisen in Yakutia because the numerous research institutes available there do not effectively interact with enterprises capable of translating their ideas and developments into reality. In the technopark, researchers will be able to buy or rent premises for scientific work, and business representatives, located in the neighborhood, will be able to keep abreast of the latest developments and promptly introduce them into production. Thus, the main purpose of the IT-Park is to establish a dialogue between scientists and industrialists in the field of high technologies, thereby developing the economy of the region.
On the territory of the technopark, it is planned to place an office building with an area of about 12,000 m2, a laboratory complex, an engineering block and a garage, as well as a residential building for employees.

One of the pressing problems in Southeast Asia is the lack of qualified medical care in remote areas and small villages. Small forms
Another competition dedicated to the Latvian city of Karosta. The tasks of the previous two, we recall, included the creation of a multifunctional cultural center and changing the appearance of typical apartment buildings. This, the third in a row, the competition completes the full-scale transformation of the former military town and aims to create small architectural forms that can fill the Karosta: playgrounds, bus stops, benches and information stands.

After the Great Patriotic War, the burial place of Kazimir Malevich was lost. Alexander Matveev and his non-profit partnership "Nemchinovka and Malevich" were engaged in his search. This year the searches were crowned with success - it was found out that the elite residential complex "Romashkovo" now rises at the burial place of the urn with the artist's ashes. The authorities of the Moscow region promised, however, to place a monument in memory of Malevich directly on the territory of this residential complex. The development of the design of this commemorative sign will be taken up by the participants of the competition.
