The Honeycomb building will appear at the new Albany Beach and Golf Resort on New Providence Island, co-owned by famous golfers Tiger Woods and Ernie Els. The BIG building will be part of the Albany Marina Residences, becoming the largest and therefore the most visible there.
The role of the symbol of the new resort corresponds to the facade with hexagonal loggias, which together form a kind of honeycomb. Each of the 34 apartments is equipped with such a loggia: its space will allow placing there a summer kitchen and a swimming pool adjacent to its outer edge. Its fencing will be made transparent so that nothing prevents bathers from enjoying the panorama of the surroundings.
Apartments in the building with a total area of 16 thousand m2 vary in size from 280 m2 to 743 m2. The house will be complemented by a "plaza", where the landscape design will continue the theme of honeycomb - in the pavement pattern, the shape of the reservoir in the middle, the outlines of the green areas. The Plaza is surrounded by expensive shops. The project is planned to be completed by 2016.
