Construction of Alutech Gate Systems LLC began in the summer of 2011 and was successfully completed 2.5 years later. As a result, a plant with an area of 50 thousand square meters was erected on an area of over nine hectares. The commissioning of the new enterprise guarantees the partners of Alutech Group of Companies the production of sectional doors in a short time during the entire calendar year. An increase in the level of automation of technological processes, as well as quality control at all stages of production, will ensure a consistently high quality of products.
"Alutech Gate Systems" is the most modern equipment and the newest gate manufacturing technologies. Along with the existing technological processes, the new complex is equipped with powerful equipment manufactured by leading German manufacturers specifically for the Alutech Group of Companies.
The new plant includes:
- foundry complex for the production of aluminum parts and components for sectional doors;
- a line for cutting a steel strip;
- two lines for the production of sandwich panels;
- line for painting profiles and sandwich panels in non-standard colors;
- door leaf assembly lines;
- modern warehouses for finished products, raw materials and equipment.
The new paint line will paint 150 sectional doors a day, with a changeover (color change) completed in just 3-4 minutes. The line was developed according to the individual order of the Alutech Group of Companies and takes into account all the subtleties of painting sandwich panels.
The line for cutting steel strip will shorten the production time of products, providing high-quality preliminary preparation of materials for the manufacture of sandwich panels. The line capacity reaches 150 m / min. It should be reminded that Alutech Group of Companies also has a modern line for painting aluminum and steel strips, which are used, in particular, for the production of sandwich panels.
At the picking area, there is a modern technology for the selection of goods, which significantly increases the quality and speed of order processing. The modern warehouse has a capacity of 200 km of sandwich panels, guaranteeing prompt production of doors even during periods of high seasonal demand.
Consistently high product quality is ensured by a comprehensive multi-stage control procedure. It includes incoming control of raw materials and materials, intermediate quality control of products at all stages of the production process, as well as quality control of finished products.
Large production capacities and state-of-the-art technologies will allow the holding to respond flexibly to market needs and expand its product range.
