RHEINZINK was founded by the Grillo Stolberger Zinc companies in conjunction with the German Metallurgical Works in 1966 and is now part of the Grillo Group.
With more than 800 employees, RHEINZINK has offices in 30 countries on five continents. For over 40 years, the RHEINZINK Group has been producing high-quality titanium-zinc at its plant in Datteln. The product range consists of four product lines - from natural surfaces that patinate over time, to colored surfaces or the new INTERIEUR LINE, which is rapidly gaining popularity in interior design.
RHEINZINK is a high quality zinc alloy with a purity of around 100%. It meets the strictest environmental standards, which are already met during the extraction and processing of raw materials: thanks to the minimum CO emissions2 and low energy consumption in the production process RHEINZINK is the “lightest” version of metals used in construction.
The service life of roofs, facades, gutters and architectural details made of titanium-zinc from RHEINZINK is calculated for generations and serves as a reference in construction. The material does not require any maintenance and is 100% recyclable. After a thorough assessment of the complete life cycle of RHEINZINK by the German Institute for Construction and Environment (IBU), it has been declared absolutely environmentally friendly.

Choosing RHEINZINK is always a decision in favor of quality. High production standards are guaranteed by continuous monitoring and regular laboratory tests. The QUALITY ZINC mark from TÜV Rheinland confirms the highest level of quality in the production and further processing of RHEINZINK.
Along with high environmental friendliness (according to ISO 14025, type III), the International Society for the Study of Electrosmog (IGEF e. V.) has confirmed the protective properties of the material against electromagnetic radiation. The corresponding certificate was obtained by RHEINZINK as part of the continuous independent monitoring of the company's environmental and quality management systems to ISO 14001: 2004 and ISO 9001: 2008 standards. Additional confidence in the material is provided by a 30-year warranty.
